Checking in is a nightmare, terrible communication but the place is nice and convenient . They go behind the Expedia and ask for extra security deposit. In my opinion Expedia shouldn’t represent them

I paid for 2 full bathrooms, but the shower in the master bath was not working. I reported that immediately on our first morning. They did not pick up the phone, so I sent an email. They did not respond until late morning the next day - 2nd morning gone! I responded back, but they didn’t. Additionally, the balcony door was defective so we couldn’t get to the balcony. This was also reported. Lighting in the kitchen and main room was also awful. Given all this, I recommend to NOT rent this place.

Property is clean, located in a good location, building has access to transit. Outstanding place. However on the down side, The check in process included taking your mugshot with passport and sending it to a foreign laguage speaking person, then comes finding the keys. Also, the temperature controls could not be found. Ohh, you have to wash the dishes, linen, and empty the garbage before you leave.

The check in process took a little too long. We couldnt get a hold of anyone to give check in procedures. It gets emailed to you with instructions. In the time it took to get a hold of someone and talk with expedia support an hour passed by.

"Not worth the money and risk your security deposit"

The location is ok.

The property lacks proper maintenance. After confirming there’s no damage to the property, they accused us spoiling their sheets, which is false, six days after the check-out date.

Only location

The microwave was dirty, burnt, and had a burnt smell. Broken microwave-The microwave was dirty, burnt, and had a burnt smell. The dishwasher pipe was leaks, the dishwasher was not secured to the kitchen sink, and the dishwasher did not close properly. The rubber seals was not properly attached. There was leak kitchen counter and water stays on the bottom off sink bowl, also black molded it. It had been left neglected for a long time. The front door and balcony door knob handler shaken not properly locked or opened(safty issue), poor bedding. Sofa stained and blanket was stored on the floor without folded. Their cleaner already knew about it. When I return the key ( it supposed be return on the unit table) their cleaner arrived and meet and took a picture with her for it. The bath room elec outlet was not working, so the hair dryer had to be used to plug in to other outlet. The vent of bathroom seems not working to remove the humid steams after shower. Regional office customer service was poor ever, they kept asked all pictures and video from the customer, no check up from customer and management team. Get the key and return the key was very inconvenient to return the key. Safty deposit is not hold like a hotel, pay and wating to return for long, not like hotel. I am currently waiting the deposit safely return to me. To stay cozy it was a dream, all day long send email about defect and send pictures and video. During the day, the traveler was hired to inspect their accommodation for free instead of the head office and regional office. Not the customer. I sent a formal complaint email and told them again that all these procedures should be done by the head office and regional office. All emails were forwarded to booking.com and all messages were saved. Now I have to wait for their safety deposit to be returned to me safely. Just stay at the hotel. Enjoy your trip comfortably while being treated as a legitimate guest.

"Worst experience ever "

Bed bug infestation, no support from property and no support from Hotels.com. We ended up leaving early in the middle of the night.
