Modern Apartments in North York

This place is HORRENDOUS!!!! Scam! Do not book here! I tried to cancel reservations with NO HELP at all. Their communication is awful, not willing to help!

Location. The apartment is comfortable and the view is amazing. The subway station is literally under the building.

The daily rate is more expensive than a hotel.

Compact and nice apartment with all the needed appliances (dish washer, washing machine, etc). Direct access from the building to metro made it easy to commute towards downtown. Our youngest one also enjoyed the really nice swimming pool area in the backyard. There would have been possibilities for barbaque etc, if we would have stayed longer.

Nothing that would have bothered too much. If anything, there could have been more tableware, we were kind of running out of plates, spoons etc. constantly.

The view was pleasant, the appartment was clean.

They send messages via Whatsapp and email in the same time, but they don't read responses. A few days before arrival I was emailed about security deposit, which should be paid only via Visa or MasterCard. They asked about number of guests, but left only one key and an electronic fob - so it was not possible for guests to access the elevator or sauna at their convenience. There is no concierge service, there are instructions provided on how to find the keys to the room in the underground parking. It's year 2025, and their method is to store them in the box with 4-digit locker. I would't complain if it was easily accessible - but it was in the underground parking, to which you need to get through the elevator and one of 2 corridors - not that intuitive if you are jetlagged after 15h of travel.
