Modern Apartments in North York

Instructions for check in were inaccurate to some degree and qr code didn’t work in parking garage(no cell service). Beyond the rigamarole, clean comfy place. Check out was less of a hassle (simply leave keys on kitchen table) but then parking level was not accessible from elevator. It’s a long way to walk to car when you’re hauling a bunch of stuff by yourself.

Great place to stay for our family sightseeing in Toronto. Love the convenient location of the subway station below the building. Beautiful home and enough beds for everyone. Would certainly recommend this place. It’s just a little complicated getting the key and fob but not impossible. Had to call the phone number for a little help but they were extremely nice and helpful. Overall great experience

Sofa could have been more comfortable

This was by far the WORST rental experience I’ve ever had. There’s absolutely NO communication, no concierge, no person to talk to, just cold, useless texts. They give zero instructions. You’re left to dig through hundreds of lockboxes just to find your keys. Once I got in, the place was filthy. The toilet was clogged, and when I contacted them, they told me I had to fix it myself! The bedsheets, blankets, and pillows were covered in stains and again, they told me I had to change them myself because the clean ones were sitting in the dryer. That’s disgusting. No one had even inspected the place before handing it over. I couldn’t even stay a full hour i left immediately and booked a hotel. This place is a joke and should be removed from Expedia. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

After a long drive with tired family just think of accessing the key fob in the lock box like a fun escape room adventure. Your reward is a nice place to sleep!
