The condo was as advertised. It was clean and all the amenities were provided in the condo. I did not have time to explore the pool or gym. North York is an excellent neighborhood/location. There were numerous good food choices - - especially Asian ones, and the subway stop was below the building. Someone from Globalstay is not at the property when you arrive. But the instructions to retrieve the key and fobs were reasonably clear [with photos], and I was able to check-in after hours without issue. There was a homeless man sleeping in the garage between the doors so be careful. I was initially a little leery when communications were via WhatsApp, and I needed to place a $200 CAD deposit via PayPal after paying through Expedia. However, everything worked out, and Globalstay refunded my deposit in 7 days after assessing there was no damage to the condo. I have relatives in the area and would return. I have also recommended Globalstay to other family members as a great option.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to spend a ton of time in the room, as I came in extremely late and left extremely early. However, the apartment was clean, modern, and the view of the city from the balcony was amazing! I really wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more, but I'm certain that I would have continued to be happy with my experience if I was there for a longer period.

Understanding the parking situation and retrieving keys was a bit chaotic for me. Instructions were provided, but they confused me a bit. Either way, I found the key and found my parking spot, so all was well.
