"Close to subway at a fair price"

Location close to subway, price

Having take the car from the garage, park it outside and return to the apartment to leave the key on the kitchen table. It would have been easier to drop the key at in the lockbox on P3.

"The apartment didn’t have enough lights , the"

We rented an apartment from March 22 to April 10, and were charged for an extra full day just because we stayed until 5 PM on our check-out day. We had requested a late check-out, but it was denied, and since there was no luggage room and we had 8 large suitcases, we were left with no choice but to pay for an entire extra night for only a few extra hours. The apartment only had one set of keys and a single key fob, which was required to access the elevator, the parking gate, and the building entrance. We were four guests, and were charged $50 for each additional key set, which we believe was unfair. The third “bedroom” was actually a den with no door — it was only separated by a curtain, which did not match the listing description. The curtains in the apartment were transparent, and at night, the outside light made it very difficult to sleep. Two of the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and clearly not standard quality. Despite our repeated requests, they were never replaced. Now, the host is refusing to return our $200 security deposit based on three photos: 1. A stain on a mattress cover, 2. An unused e-cigarette that had fallen out of its box, 3. A blurry photo of some fries and what they claim is a cigarette butt — clearly staged. We strongly deny smoking inside the apartment. I suffer from asthma and would never allow smoking indoors. There was no smoke smell, ash, or evidence of smoking inside the apartment. They even attempted to charge us $50 for an expired Visa card that my son had already thrown in the trash — which clearly shows the host is trying to find any reason to charge guests. We feel this behavior is unfair and exploitative. We booked this property based on your platform’s reputation, and we now kindly request your support in recovering our $200 security deposit.

"Definitely worth the money—if I come back to Toronto, I would absolutely choose to stay here again"

The stay was excellent and hassle-free. The unit comes fully equipped—just bring your personal belongings. It’s incredibly convenient, with direct indoor access to both a grocery store and the subway, so there’s no need to step outside. Waste and recycling disposal are straightforward, and the TV includes access to Netflix and Disney+. The host was very responsive and quick to communicate. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Toronto.

I would have appreciated having a stainless steel pan available, as I prefer to cook with non-toxic materials.

"Bad"

The property wouldn’t give back my deposit they send me a picture of electronic cigarettes that throw out of it’s box and claim we smoke in the apartment it’s not good because we never ever smoked in the apartment it’s not fair!!!!!!!!!!!

"Totally our stay was good"

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, and the location was excellent and easy access to subway.Communication and responses from the staff was quick. However, we had an issue with the mattresses in two of the bedrooms, which were uncomfortable. We contacted the staff multiple times to replace them because we developed back pain, but no action was taken. Also, the elevator operated with a key fob, and we were only given one set of keys for four of us . We were charged extra for a second set. Additionally, we had requested a check-out extension from the day of booking, but it was not approved until the last day. Since we had many suitcases and the building had no luggage storage room, we had to pay for a full extra day just to stay 4 more hours, even though the apartment was available that day. But totally our stay was good

"Stunning Stay – Even Better Than the Photos!"

This place was an absolute gem! Honestly, the pictures didn’t do the unit justice — it was even more beautiful in person. The view from the second bedroom was breathtaking at night, and my son absolutely loved gazing out the window. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and love into decorating the space and making sure every little detail was taken care of. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free holiday. Truly a perfect property — I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
