Unfortunately it is an unsafe place, my wife got severe head injury and lacerations, she had several stitches. It all happened after we have visited the roof ( their employee recommended us to go there), when going down the stairs she grabbed the chain for support and a piece of concrete fell on her head from the roof! The funniest thing - hotel management blamed us for what happened from the beginning. Cannot recommend! (Trying third time to attach some photos).

Great location, and some staff (Chamika, as far as I remember, and the F&B supervisor) are trying their best to do the job. The lake suites are relaxing.

1. Staff: Other than the 2 people I have mentioned, these people are clueless. We were shocked to see that it is a Teardrop property. The check-in took 1 hour. No one paid attention, so we had to ask 'Are you guys going to do anything about us or not?' 2 . Quality of the property: Bathrooms are not cleaned properly, and the property needs maintenance. Initially, we booked a tower room, but the window broke down, and the AC was not working properly either. So we had to request another room.
