The view

I had a disappointing experience. The staff were not helpful and struggled to understand English. The service was extremely slow, which made everything frustrating. On top of that, the pool towels were dirty, which is unacceptable. However, the view was perfect.

Our stay at Tri by Amaya was simply exceptional! Stunning lake views, serene surroundings, and top-notch service made it a perfect retreat. The infinity pool and delicious food were definite highlights. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

"Stunning start to our honeymoon trip"

What a beautiful setting and the rooms were stunning as well as spacious. Stayed in the cinamon tower with great views to start and moved into a sunset villa as we extended for an extra night. Huge bathroom and patio doors you can open to the elements as nobody can see in. The infinity pool was fab. Long enough for a decent swim. Staff were always very helpful and we loved the food especially the local, Sri Lankan breakfast. Must be ordered the night before. We wanted a tranquil setting for a couple of days to relax before starting our tour of the island and it did not disappoint.

The cinamon tower has a terrace free for anyone to enjoy so if staying in the tower you will hear footsteps going up and on the room. East and west facing fir sunset and sunrise. Probably not ideal if a light sleeper.
