The house is well planned and modern, with an ofurô bath, a spacious bathroom, and an excellent shower. The bedrooms were cosy and had very comfortable mattresses. Everything was perfect, and it offers very good value for money

The pillow in one of the beds was not so soft, but this is only a minor thing. Our stay was wonderful

Les équipements, la localisation et le onsen qui est un plus très appréciable. Le côté atypique du logement qui fait la grande différence !

La literie. Les futons sont trop fins et les matelas des lits trop mous.

Die Lage war super, man war bei Fragen immer im Kontakt und wurde sehr herzlich empfangen sowie informiert.

Spacious and clean. Quiet location.

The whole experience of staying in a traditional Japanese house is unique. Very clean, with all the necessary amenities such as a kitchenette, coffee maker, washing machine, onsen.

We went to the main reception for the hotel group to collect the keys, and they provided a free taxi service to the accommodation. The hot tub is a lovely and very welcome feature after a long day sightseeing in Kyoto. Overall, the house is very clean, functional, and worked for us.

Not very spacious in the living area, the kitchen is tiny and difficult to use. The wifi wasn't great. The futon beds provided for the kids were not very comfortable. It does lack character compared to other houses we'd stayed in on our trip to Japan.

If you are looking for an original stay with a unique feel for a Japanese machiya (townhouse), this is the place! As a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children), we had a very comfortable stay, with all the needed amenities available. Check-in takes place in a hotel near the train station, where they provide a free taxi ride to the accommodation. Upper floor is the bedroom (very soft mattresses), lower floor has a small kitchen, living room, bathroom (it's not as small as some other reviews say). Also there is a 7-11 and Lawson within 5 minute walking distance.

There is nothing negative about our stay, it met all our needs. It's good to be aware that traveling across Kyoto means catching a bus which goes directly to the center. Bus stop is about 5 minute walk from the accommodation.

Łóżka bardzo nie wygodne wygniecione , poduszki bardzo twarde nie dało sie na nich spać. Szafa w sypialni była zamknięta i nie można było z niej skorzystać, nie bylo miejsca na rzeczy po wszystko trzeba było schodzić do walizek które musiały zostać w korytarzu .
