The house was very charming and I really like the bath tub, the neighbourhood was very quite and even though it's very residential there are a couple of conbini walking distance.

The mattress was a little too soft for me.

L'appartement est génial, très bien placé, calme et bien équipé. L'équipe est disponible et réactive, un vrai plaisir de séjourner ici. Nous étions avec un enfant de 3 ans, il y a des petits et grands parcs à proximité, l'aquarium, la gare, des restaurants, des supérettes, des arrêts de bus...

Per la nostra famiglia è stato molto comodo avere una casetta a nostra disposizione, piccina, ma dotata di tutto il necessario e davvero carina. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e premuroso e ci ha aiutato ogni volta in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di una mano. Soluzione condigliata!

I liked the bathtub, the house has a very authentic Kyoto machiya vibe, the staff received us warmly and gave us a nice welcoming gift. Shower place was also nice and the decoration was good too. There were many good amenities provided and water on the fridge and there was a coffee machine with capsules. WiFi was also quick and reliable.

- property was properly cleaned, under the tv table there were layers of dust. - blankets were extremely hot for all members of my group. - the toilet door had a very big gap in between the wood boards, so you can see the people inside the toilet. Not much privacy feeling. - if you are looking specifically for a traditional experience this is fine, otherwise just go to a normal hotel.

Checking in

Location was great for access to bus services. It was nice to stay somewhere more traditional and roomy than a hotel. The staff were excellent to deal with, helpful with everything.

The shower was very dirty with black and pink mould unfortunately. The staff are fixing that so I wouldn’t expect it to be an issue for anyone else.
