Приятные чистые номера, приятный завтрак. Удобный трансфер до горы. Туалет отдельно от душа. Можно отправить багаж прям с рецепции. Приятный вид из окна

Нет посуды и приборов на кухне.

Excelente hotel para el precio-calidad! Pasan los shuttles por la puerta, algo muy cómodo dado que la ubicación del hotel es un poco lejana al centro. Volvería!

The location is amazing, the staff are very helpful and will arrange a driver to come pick you up/drop you off at Hirafu Welcome Center. The shuttle bus runs every 20min and stops directly in front of the hotel which is extremely convenient. All praise to the staff, they make you feel welcome and try to do everything so your stay is excellent.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, always ready to help. The location is beautiful and well maintained, ideal for a successful vacation. I highly recommend it!

The only thing I didn’t really like was the food we ordered, as it wasn’t quite to my taste. However, the breakfast was rich and varied, and I truly enjoyed it every morning. The only small issue was that sometimes the bread didn’t seem very fresh

Excelente servicio, instalaciones y ubicación. El personal extremadamente amable. Las habitaciones espaciosas. La ubicación esta a 15 minutos de las pistas, con un bus que pasa cada 10 minutos por la puerta del hotel.

Ordenan las habitaciones cada 3 días
