Good location, convenient shuttle, gear room was great! Staff was very helpful. Caesar salad was good at midtown diner! Oh and the storage in the room was superb, so impressed with the use of such a small space!

I wish there was a bit more variety in the breakfast from day to day. yogurt was good but maybe different toppings? Fresh fruit. Bread was just ok. Midtown Diner seemed quite pricey.

Free pickup from and to Hirafu welcome center when you checkin and checkout. The staffs are friendly and helpful. And the bus stop for the free shuttle between hirafu and hanazono is located right in front of the hotel lobby making it convenient to go around the area.

Great location, very comfortable and clean rooms. It was walking distance into Niseko Hirafu and the ski locker was a great addition too!

I wishes the breakfast had some more fresh food!
