I am very unhappy I've still not received my deposit back after nearly 3 weeks the apartment was supposedly a ''Luxury Apartment'' it was mouldy in the bathroom there was no kettle the glasses was dirty, broken blinds in the 2 bedrooms and living room not good when your trying to get ready ground floor on a dual carriageway but Most disgusting was the bedding it hadn't been changed from previous guests the double bed had urine stains and pubic hairs on it o ctures was taken. Amazing location, Good quality stay for an affordable price.

A good flat, excellent location, a little chilly, but after putting the heaters on a bit it’s heated well, bathroom clean and the kitchen area too! We did ask for two single beds and got a double, but luckily happy to share.

Very convenient to Leicester centre. No parking had to pay in multi-storey next door. Cleaning and supply of equipment poor. Smelt of smoke

Great location for the event that we were going to, however, the road noise from the ring road through the broken window frame did spoil our sleep. Due to us having to leave early, there was no-one available to speak to about this.

Duplicate charged for room and taken a week min to get the refund.... and slow on any compensation ...

Has to ask for everything. Room didn't have towels, iron and WiFi. Though they provided iron and towels after asking but the WiFi name which they gave me didn't even exist or the room wasn't in the range.
