Wet bedding and carpet, plugs didnt all work, had rather large water bugs that were flying around the room, air conditioner was noisy, not the usual experience with Booking

The staff was nice.

The first room I was in was in bad shape. The drywall on bottom part of the wall next to air conditioner was rotted and moldy. The ceiling was peeling and water stains were visible. The bed sheet had a burnt cigarette hole in it and the top cover had stains on it. The carpet had bare spots. The room smelled moldy so I requested another room. The other room was okay but still had a bad musty smell.

Location

This property is run down. Everything is threadbare. There were boxes piled up in the lobby. The men’s toilet didn’t work. The mat in the entry way was Filthy!

Breakfast included.

Parking lot not kept up, pool closed and looked dirty, boxes all over lobby, room and bathroom needed cleaned(mold). Light not working over sink.

The bed was very comfortable

Out dated in some spots needs to be touched up and maybe remodeled some

It was hot in the room. Air didn’t work well.

I appreciated staff was willing to move one of our family member's to a room that did not stink. They were very apologetic.

One of the 3 rooms smelled awful. But we were able to switch rooms.
