Quality Inn Monroe

Location.

Wanted to read, there were lights at the desk and above an easy chair; neither worked. Price was quite high compared to the other 5 hotel nights on this trip. Breakfast was the "tacky" make-your -own waffle, toast, muffin bagel etc. Typical low end motel offerings. Room was dated...I personally don't like the look of sloppily applied caulk around showers and toilets. Shower/toilet was probably 20 years old. Attention to detail in appearance lacking...inner curtains falling off the valance, heating cooling unit had a gap sealed with painters tape! All-in-all the room gave me some sleep, a shower and a toilet, but I've stayed at places that were half the price and gave me as good, or better, value.

Cleanliness , very nice respectful people , very understanding my stay was great would recommend to everyone

Parking, breakfast, front desk wouldn't answer the phone, ac/heater needs upgrade and I could see out the door when it's closed, roach was in the bathroom.

Very quiet and near restaurants

Wasn’t much parking but that’s bc they were almost full

Staff was very nice facility was as clean as it could be.

Needs upgrades, older facility, but clean.
