The staff was friendly and the location was perfect

The pool was why we booked this hotel and it was not available to us due to maintenance. The elevators was broken. The key cards only worked half the time. The room was dirty and the second room I as given was a whole lot better

The fact it had heat was all that mattered. We were without power at our house. So it was perfect. A little over priced but worth it for the warmth.

They Took advantage of the situation ,by upping the prices, of people during the winter storm but at least they had a room available.

The Manager Betty Thompson was very rude and inconsiderate there was no heat and mold on toilet handle I was told that was from the cleaning chemicals and not mold 🤦🏽‍♀️ she also told me I should get my on heat or she would return my$and good luck finding another room just tasteless..was told if I needed more towels I would have to bring down my dirty towels to front desk☹️🥹the clerk also stated I would be able to keep my room if I informed front desk b4 10pm that evening when I checked in then an hour or so later I did go down to let them know that I would be needing another night stay but then she had completely changed what she to me at check in and they also told another person the same thing we are in a crisis here and these people have no respect for humanity here at this hotel they run it like it’s personally theirs’ the door to lobby is locked in the day when they are there but when they leave any and everyone comes and goes in and out the lobby freely .
