Quality Inn Monroe

Mr. Mike, good communication and he doing great work, when arriving he has the keys and everything ready. The rooms together in the first floor, because we travel for playing in 2026 Wheelchair Championships of National Wheelchair Basketball Association (NWBA) on West Monroe Sports and Events Center. I recommend this place.

The location is very convenient to the university and shopping. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Nothing to complain about. No specific things to complain about.

Kids hanging out smoking and lounging on stairs and would not move jet you pass

The location. It was right off the interstate.

I stayed 2 nights, the first night was very quiet and pleasant. On the second night around 11:30pm they must of have had a party. The guest were EXTREMELY LOUD, screaming, laughing, running up and down the stairs, etc. This went on for HOURS! Around 12:45am I called the first desk and complained. 1:15am I called AGAIN and complained. This went on until after 2am!! This is a hotel I would/will NOT ever stay at again!!

Easy access off I-20. Like “motel” style with access to rooms from parking lot when we travel with our dogs. Grounds were clean which is surprising since they allow dogs and often people don’t pick up after them. Hotel is old, but it was clean and comfortable. Will stay again when we come back through next year.

It was fine. Breakfast was minimal but coffee was good.
