"BAD BEHAVIOR"

On 26 May 2026, I was forced to cancel my reservation for the night of the 27th due to a family emergency. A refund of approximately $200 was denied by Jeff due to their 48 hour notification policy. Apparently, their policy also includes a lack of compassion and understanding despite the smiles and other diplomatic behavior from behind the front desk. I will certainly explore other accommodations this summer season; those are certainly plentiful.

"Loved the staff but the rooms could do with an upgrade."

Staff was exceptional and the location was ideal for my work.

The room was extremely small, there was no table for me to do work on my laptop, there were insufficient outlets for electronics and there was no iron in my room.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I am a repeate customer with family parties and christmas. Drop at least 2500. My wife 75th birthday Saturday just the 2 of us. Called in advance made dinner reservations plus room. Promised to make it special. Went to dinning room didn't have reservations had to wait 30 minutes. Waited 45 minutes for entree other tab l es being served and onto dessert. Our food comes out.my wife din n er not complete my rare filet was burnt took it back waited 30 more minutes nothing. Walked out then they called me in the room that they v were going to charge me. The worst experience ever. Every time "is this your first visit " every other place is welcome back. If i could give n it a minus 5 star i would

Clean room, comfortable bed. However, it's the smallest hotel room I think I ever stayed in. Tiny TV. Outlets only on 1 side of the bed. Tiny bathroom.

Stayed here for just one night but wished it could have been longer. Gorgeous view of the river. Spotless hotel with impeccable service. Cozy bar, restaurant on the water. Five star stay!
