The location was excellent, short walk to most attractions.

Room was a bit small and breakfast options were limited.

This is a well run , reasonably priced, 3 star hotel with a five star staff in a great location. Almost all the major sights are within walking distance. The a la carte breakfast has several choices and is reasonably priced for Iceland but if is a day they only have a buffet breakfast ( large tour group )going elsewhere is a better option. Rooms are comfortable. If you are staying more than a few nights opt for one of the larger ones.

Room is quite small, though it does use the space efficiently.

De locatie beviel het best, middenin het centrum. Ook een hele fijne douche!

De bedden lagen niet lekker. Ook was er geen koffie op de kamer.

The lady working the front counter at check-in was extremely friendly and helpful. She was also there at checkout and just as friendly. She offered recommendations for dinner even though we were a late arrival due to a delayed flight.

The shower door is awkward with both panels opening. It easily got the floor wet. The rest of the room worked fine for out short stay.

Nothing

The room smells like death. The room is almost subterrain with a view of the internal stair case.
