The staff were excellent. Friendly and extremely helpful. The location was unbelievable. Straight out the door to the city’s most famous street. Great little cafe, again amazing staff there too. Good sized room, comfy bed, Laundromat nearby. Easy to walk down to the harbour.

Comfortable room, bed. Simple, modern, and clean.Nice windows.It is a heavily trafficked and walkable area. Lots of dining and shopping options. Grocery right next door. I got good sleep here. I like the soaps and amenities in the bathroom. Sheets and linens are fresh, new and clean.

I don't like their reception desk. It's all cramped. The man at reception was a bit snooty to me when I asked some basic tourist questions, about the restaurant and about the immediate area. He did not help me when I needed a taxi. He gave me a bad look. The man on the desk at night was very sweet, kindly, and friendly, so it may just be this one man has a hard day. This hotel, is quite a hike with bags from the closest airport bus and tourist drop off. It's not as near as they make it out to be, a bit of an incline. But it is probably nothing if you're healthy. Alternatively, you can access it by local taxi. I only say this as a disabled person, it was hard with my bags from the airport but they do have a lift so that's a plus.

Nice cleaning ladys and breakfast servers but the concierge 😈 No name tag so i cant name the guy who was rude. One was nice . They should always wear name tags. Its just a job to that guy

Front desk didnt care when we needed towels never got them! Act like they dont want to be bothered
