The hotel's location was excellent; the breakfast room is beautiful, and the food and beverage quality were excellent! In addition, the staff was terrific, and when we asked for a late check-out, it was quickly and happily approved. We were also given excellent recommendations for dining, and helpful information about street parking, which we easily found.

The price of the room was very high, and the fact that the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor was annoying. Free breakfast would've neutralized the pain of the room price.

This hotel always meets all my expectations, the staff is amazing, that's the reason I see Hótel Von as my home away from home. 🩷

I'm pretty sure I've never found anything I haven't liked. All the rooms I've stayed in, when I've had to be in Reykjavík over the past two years, have been great, and the staff exceptional.
