This hotel is a joke, they would not allow me to check in because it was 1:30am. I had a reservation and had been traveling all day. I have never experienced a name brand hotel that would not allow guest to check in. Staff was also very rude!! It’s worth the few extra bucks to stay somewhere else.

I want a refund, 1 did not ask for a handicapped shower, the water was actually hitting my face while showering getting my ears wet which I'm not supposed to due to ears in eardrums(not fighting double ear infections) 2. The shower handle came apart from the wall grabbing on to it getting in and almost fell. 3 the bathroom mirror was filthy and no smoke detector.

"The worst place I've ever seen"

Do not stay here! At 10 p.m. we pulled in and went to our room by way of stairs littered with trash. When we saw the room we were shocked. The pillows had been lain on and the towels in the bathroom had been used. When we complained, we were told there was no housekeeping, yet they rented a nasty room. Needless to say, we left. Staying there was NOT an option.

"DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS DISGUSTING AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IT IS VERY UNHEALTHY AND BED SHEET"

If I could have put a zero I would have place is so unsanitary and should be shut down. Smelt like marijuana racks coming off the walls and smoke detectors weren’t working.Also a guy was thrown out of a moving vehicle in the parking lot. Absolute Nightmare

We did not stay! The room was VERY dirty, the pillows look like they had been slept on. 1 of the towels had been used. We would like our money returned.
