The rude owners and dirty rooms

Not much to like

Staff,room was terrible,motel reeked of marijuana,mold on shower ceiling,big square hole cut out of ceiling over toilet, pictures upon request

The shower head had a spraying leak that was hitting the ceiling. There was mold on the ceiling at that point. Other wise the room was spotless and kudos to the cleaning crew for a job well done.

I paid for 2 nights & thunderstorm come in so we only stayed 1 night. I asked for a refund for 1 night and because I booked thru booking.com they would not refund my money. I have called and texted y’all and NO HELP. If I don’t get my refund I’ll be forced to book another way. Please help!!

Location

There was coffee however the cream was sour. Had to round up the attendant. He had a hard time understanding until I actually poured out a few. The orange juice looked like cool aid. Only stayed one night due to rain and there was no refund for that night.

The woman working at the front desk was very unfriendly. Would never stay here again. The price is too high for the rooms to be so outdated.

The door was hanging off hinges like someone had kicked it in, deposit cost more then the room does.

The clerk was nice, but the room and hotel itself need some serious love. The room was extremely dirty, shower drain didn't drain. Plaster from ceiling falling apart, bed felt like sleeping on springs. Fire alarm not installed, smell of hotel smelt like food was cooked somewhere. Fridge was dirty. Im amazed place is open when not up to fire code.
