Days Inn by Wyndham Thomson

The clerk was nice, but the room and hotel itself need some serious love. The room was extremely dirty, shower drain didn't drain. Plaster from ceiling falling apart, bed felt like sleeping on springs. Fire alarm not installed, smell of hotel smelt like food was cooked somewhere. Fridge was dirty. I'm amazed place is open when not up to fire code.

the room was not like what was pictured. the room was dirty. we woke up to a cockroach crawling on my friend in the middle of the night. The manager of the hotel did not believe us. And did not offer any sort of way to offset the terrible experience. I would NEVER recommend anyone stay here. EVER. It's disgusting.

Do not! I repeat, DO NOT stay here! Cockroaches, Mold, Dirty..... The manager is disgusting and rude as hell. The room was disgusting. I knew it wasn't going to be the best but when I had a cockroach crawl on me in bed! That's where I draw the line. Manager said there was nothing he would do because I didn't report it within 15 minutes. It was 2am!!! This place needs to be condemned.

Absolutely disgusting. Smelled of stale cigarettes and pot. Garbage all around the property. Paint falling off the walls and rusted door frames. Shoes stuck rhe floor as you walk in the room to make it even worse.

The AC was cold and the shower was hot.

The mattresses were awful, AC was loud, shower door was falling apart, towels were thin, door latch was broken, room smelled, …..

Super sketchy

We did not stay at the Days Inn There was no continental breakfast .the room was not a regular handicapped room. The owner refunded our money.and asked me to notify your company

Web site needs to be updated.

The staff

Food was in refrigerator. Had to clean the bathroom.

There was no breakfast available although it was suppose to be.

The customer service could have been better. Also, floor in bathroom had a soft spot.
