When arrived they had an attitude and the area is terrible. Get in the room there is dirt on the bed carpet not vacuumed and bugs

I was disappointed. The hotel was filty and no lights in the bathroom. I've put up with it because I was too tired to drive back home. I couldn't hardly breathe with the smell of the hotel. The microwave was full of bugs & I can't even used it. As soon as turn the microwave on bugs started coming out. NASTY.

The office staff were very helpful and polite. They made sure to be of great assistance with whatever I needed. The location is phenomenal. Shopping near by, eating right across the street and near by. I had no issues with other guests or disturbances. I would highly recommend Americas Best Value Inn to anyone.

It was beyond dirty and quality was terrible

First thing my husband saw was a cockroach in the bathroom. First thing I saw was a cigarette butte at the bathroom door threshold. There was no lamp, only a blinding overhead light. The fridge nor the microwave worked. After we booked the room & checked in I received an email stating that the hotel didn't offer food services nor housekeeping due to COVID, which was extremely disappointing, so the whole experience was pretty disappointing.
