Please note that there is no daily cleaning of the Studio. You may request cleaning at Studios Mezzanine for an additional fee. Bedsheets and towels are changed every 5 days. Please note that the accommodation has no reception. Kindly inform Studios with Mezzanine what time you estimate check -in and check-out. Please note that the Studios are not recommended for small children or guests with limited mobility because of their high mezzanines. They are allowed though but under the guest's own risk. Please note that cats are prohibited; Only dogs are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring dogs service animals. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of 50EUR per stay and need to be preadvised. Up to 2 dogs can stay in the Studios with terraces. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per booking and up to 2 dogs can stay in the Studios with terraces. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 12 kg or less on Superior Studio with Balcony and Mezzanine. Please note that all Studios are on the 2nd story of the building and accessible through 4 flights of stairs. Please note that we do not serve meals. Please note that the 7 Studios with Mezzanine are located on the 2nd floor of the building. The building, like most buildings in historic areas of Lisbon, does not have an elevator. The staircase is wide and beautiful, with old tiles. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
