Please note that there is no daily cleaning of the Studio. You may request cleaning at Studios Mezzanine for an additional fee. Bedsheets and towels are changed every 5 days. Please note that the accommodation has no reception. Kindly inform Studios with Mezzanine what time you estimate check -in and check-out. Please note that the Studios are not recommended for small children or guests with limited mobility because of their high mezzanines. They are allowed though but under the guest's own risk. Please note that cats are prohibited; Only dogs are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring dogs service animals. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of 50EUR per stay and need to be preadvised. Up to 2 dogs can stay in the Studios with terraces. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per booking and up to 2 dogs can stay in the Studios with terraces. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 12 kg or less on Superior Studio with Balcony and Mezzanine. Please note that all Studios are on the 2nd story of the building and accessible through 4 flights of stairs. Please note that we do not serve meals. Please note that the 7 Studios with Mezzanine are located on the 2nd floor of the building. The building, like most buildings in historic areas of Lisbon, does not have an elevator. The staircase is wide and beautiful, with old tiles. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Location was ideal. Close to everything and made trip easy. A Canadian from the prairies was very comfortable and not clausterphobic. Perfectly place for mom and son trip.

"Un magnifique séjour"

Formidable !!! Nous sommes resté 10 jours à Lisbonne, Notre studio était super et idéal pour la durée de notre séjour. Propre, TRÈS spacieux, confortable et parfaitement équipé (ustensiles de cuisines, condiments, lessive, produits d’hygiène, fer à repasser, parapluies, guide touristique, chaîne TV… il y a tous les équipements du quotidien et même pour notre chien). Le personnel est aimable et aux petits soins. Le plus, c’est l’emplacement : on est au cœur de tout ! - Parfait pour visiter les lieux historiques - À quelques minutes à pied des quartiers festifs et des restaurants - À 20 minutes en Uber des plages comme celle de Carcavelos qui est incroyable C’est certain je reviendrais !

God beliggenhet og rent og pent. Bra med utstyr i leiligheten. Fint med takterrasse, og den var fin/koselig. Hyggelig og imøtekommende vertskap, som ga god informasjon.

Når man er fem personer, som man kan være i leiligheten, så blir det litt kø på badet når det er et bad - så det må man være klar over. Alle sengene er også i praksis på et rom, men med en hemseløsning og et forheng. Det fungerte for oss som er en familie, men det kan være greit å være klar over.

"Great convenient spot"

Great location and loved having the kitchen and even a washing machine. Compact - like an extra large tiny home. Excellent coffee and food on the block (Senzi & cafe Janis) TimeOut couldn’t be any closer so you always have a lot of food options. Trains are close too

We were in one with the bed up in the loft space. Stairs are narrow with no railing - and make a bit of noise. Not easy to sneak down to the bathroom while your partner is sleeping. You’ll want to maintain at least a bit of sobriety to navigate.

"Great location, spacious and clean, welcoming hosts."

Stayed for 7 nights. Lots of space and so comfortable. In the middle of everything, a lovely neighbourhood, and yet so quiet when we closed the windows at night (amazingly well insulated!)! Easy check-in with a code, and the hosts sent a welcoming message, visit recommendations, and checking-in messages throughout our stay so we felt well taken care of, even if we didn't meet them. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Lisbon.
