Please note that there is no daily cleaning of the Studio. You may request cleaning at Studios Mezzanine for an additional fee. Bedsheets and towels are changed every 5 days. Please note that the accommodation has no reception. Kindly inform Studios with Mezzanine what time you estimate check -in and check-out. Please note that the Studios are not recommended for small children or guests with limited mobility because of their high mezzanines. They are allowed though but under the guest's own risk. Please note that cats are prohibited; Only dogs are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring dogs service animals. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of 50EUR per stay and need to be preadvised. Up to 2 dogs can stay in the Studios with terraces. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per booking and up to 2 dogs can stay in the Studios with terraces. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 12 kg or less on Superior Studio with Balcony and Mezzanine. Please note that all Studios are on the 2nd story of the building and accessible through 4 flights of stairs. Please note that we do not serve meals. Please note that the 7 Studios with Mezzanine are located on the 2nd floor of the building. The building, like most buildings in historic areas of Lisbon, does not have an elevator. The staircase is wide and beautiful, with old tiles. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Remarkably quiet in a bustling area"

Very tidy but full of the things we needed . It has a full sized fridge and, although we were not cooking, well equipped. The washing machine and line on the patio were what we needed for a quick load. The bed was comfortable and I loved the natural light from the skylights. The small patio even had a Weber… had we stayed longer it would have been fun to BBQ. Being so close to many restaurants and the food court, easy access to transportation…

Nothing—stairs are a way of life here .52 steps to the top floor which the listing clearly explained so it was not unanticipated

"We had a wonderful stay in this appartment!"

We, the two of us and our teenage daughter, had a very good stay in the lovely studio 7/8. The studio is very well equipped, Mauro and Suzanne really thought of everything. Te interior decoration makes you feel at home immediately and the patio is a nice extra. Communication with whatsapp was quick and friendly. The location is amazing, close to everything you want to visit on a city trip. Also the building looks good and well maintained.

There were some urban noices like on the patio the axtraction system of the restaurant below, during weekdays some sounds of the construction sides in the area and in the appartment some sounds of the building's supply. For us that was only a minor detail and therefore we would absolutely recommend the place!

"Heerlijk appartement op een leuke centrale locatie in Lissabon, met supergastvrije hosts!"

Het was een heerlijk appartement, ruim, superschoon, gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaren waren geweldig, voorzagen ons van goede tips, er stond een fles wijn voor ons klaar en ze reageerden supersnel op vragen die we hadden, niks was teveel. De locatie is leuk, levendig, met heerlijke restaurants in de straat en vlakbij het station.

Alles was top!
