Dreams Natura Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

We took our family of 17, four families ranging from age 69 to 3, for a vacation after a stressful number of years dealing with family health issues caring for 95 year old parents. The staff of Dreams was kind and welcoming at every offering. The food was fantastic! The buffet at World Cafe provided something for even our pickiest eaters. The adults agreed that the Oceana was their favorite meal, while the kiddos enjoyed ice cream and smoothies at Coco's Cafe. The variety of the pools provided a perfect match for the different age group interests, while their proximity layout allowed parents to observe the different groups from one central base. The Barefoot Grill was frequently utilized by all for food and drinks. The staff even served our 6 year old's, which made them feel very important. The rooms were so clean, and the tile floors, with the bathrooms just inside the entry door, allowed for a quick rinse-off of the young ones before they could contaminate the beds. The noise level in the hallways was acceptable. Our kids were possibly the loudest as they called to each other between rooms. There were lots of families. Our kids quickly found others their age that joined them in the lazy river and water slide. We loved the live music that happened almost every day. Oh, and the spa! The highlight for our 18 year old granddaughter. She orchestrated a 'spa day' for all of the women. Definitely her highlight of the trip. This was a good value for our large family. Everyone found something that captured their interest. We will definitely consider a return trip.

The availability of the restaurants is very bad; reservations are needed before 4 p.m., and only two slots are open per hour. If you can't get a reservation, they send you to the buffet, which definitely needs a lot of variety and quality. I stayed 7 nights, and on 3 of them, I could book in à la carte restaurants. The service needs a lot of attention; it's noticeable that they need more staff to be able to serve the guests.

Please ignore the negative reviews. We just got back from a six night stay and the resort was fantastic! Everything from the food, service, pools and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. I was checked in as a UVC member and had preferred club. I love having the preferred restaurant as well as the pool.Special thanks to Hector, Roger and Jesus in the preferred club pool who made the stay extra special always finding chairs and super thoughtful to my son. The entertainment was great lots of variety. I visited many hotels in Mexico area this has exceeded my expectations. The beach was the only downfall which we knew going into it but we did take a taxi one day Puerto Morales and we’re able to experience clear water only 20 minutes away! if you are a UVC member you can experience the hydrotherapy for 56 USD for 50 minutes it was well worth it and the was amazing. The waterpark, lazy river was really fun as well as the rock climbing. Nightly entertainment had a large variety from saxophone, violinist to liveband in the lobby to a specialty shows in the theater and even a Mexico soccer game night. Highly recommend this resort

We just stayed at the Dreams Natura Resort and Spa for my Nephew's wedding. It was the first time my husband and I stayed at an all inclusive resort. We loved every minute of our stay. I will say if you have kids this would be a perfect resort to stay at. There were so many different fun activities for them to do. The staff is very engaging and they have fun with the kids.

Really enjoyed our stay, great family friendly events and entertainment, Staff was excellent always willing to help and made sure you had anything you needed. We are looking forward to going back for out anniversary.

The seaweed was horrible , couldn't use the beach or ocean . The seaweed stunk so bad. They need to add more tubes for the lazy river and water slides .

Overall, I would give this resort 3 to 3.5 stars. Those who work there are extremely friendly and make the resort enjoyable. I felt as though the resort was in okay shape but there was a lot of construction. As a consumer, I was unaware of this and around 4pm at the pool the jack hammering in the central location make it unpleasant. The food was average with some bright spot, one being the Hibachi restaurant. The staff and chef were engaging and thoughtful. Unfortunately, the seaweed made it impossible to swim in the ocean and the smell was nauseating. I walked down a few times, but couldn't do it and had to leave. My kids had a great time, but were disappointed that they couldn't get on the zip line due to weight restrictions. I have 4 healthy kids aged 9-14 and none of them were of the proper weight to ride somehow. The worst part of the trip was the sales team. Hard sales, say no to one and another pops up with another deal. After 2:45 minutes and me trying to leave for 45 minutes at that point, I finally got my point across. Just as an fyi, if you don't get them to signoff on you being there, you may lose a benefit and have to pay more. With all of that said, my family and I did have a nice time together with the amenities and found ways to make the days exiting and the nights memorable.

Pros: The experience at this hotel was incredible. The place is very nice and the attention is excellent. We would like to thank Manuel, Jonathan, and Daniel at the buffet for being very attentive and helpful, as well as Belizario, Alfredo, Eduardo, Sylvana at the specialized restaurants.The guys at the Preffered Club were very attentive and friendly as well. We would like to give a special thanks to Javier the A+B for all the attention received. He was always making sure that we didn't need anything and our stay was memorable. Our daughter had a great time at the kids club, the ladies there were very friendly, sweet and fun for the little ones. The hotel and rooms are well kept and clean. The complex is well located and you have everything close inside it. Cons: Although, the food at the buffet was good, it needs more variety. The beach is full of seaweed during these months.

Service was phenominal - every staff member encountered was very attentive to our needs. Pool was very relaxing - will go back to enjoy the beach when nature doesn't decide to provide excessive seaweed.

The resort was awesome first time bringing my kids and they loved it couldnt get them out the water! So much for them to do ! We did the tour “tu corazon “ with drisdey and she did amazing so much fun!!
