Obrzydliwy zapach unosił się wszędzie,śmierdzi jakby kanalizacja była nieszczelna, dodatkowo wokół hotelu są bagna. Kelnerzy w restauracjach już o 12pm pijani.

It was our second time at this resort and now I know why we went back! We do not usually go to resorts twice unless it’s marvelous and Dreams Natura was! What made it as magical as it was were the people. From the moment we arrived, we checked in with Roberto. He did everything possible to make sure we had a wonderful check in and anniversary trip. I asked him to check many things and he took the initiative to do what he needed to make sure we had were happy. Moving on for concierge — Fernanda and Julio were so amazing. I had to store mother’s milk and they ensured it was safe! On the preferred lounge we encountered Leonardo who went through high waters to get what our daughter wanted instead of saying: I’m sorry we don’t have that. At the blue grill we found another here gem: the hostess Ximena. It was our last day and we didn’t have much time. Our waiter was very busy and she stepped in and got everything we needed so the kids could get breakfast before we left. Last but not least— Rebeca - at the kids club is so professional and caring. If you venture to the spa then ask for Crystal which will help you regenerate your mind, body, and soul. She was the best massage therapist I have had in a long time. Thank you to all of you for going the extra mile!

Fun Christmas getaway with family and friends! Dreams Natura has a small footprint with well-kept grounds and excellent pools. This resort has a number of activities that are great for kids and adults. My kids enjoyed the lazy river, big slides, rock climbing wall, roll glider, multiple pools and beach area. The adults in our group loved the swim-up bar! We also had fun in the sushi making class and margarita making class. The spa was ok. Not the best massage I've ever had. Golf is an additional charge off-site, but my husband and son enjoyed playing at El Tinto. Overall this was a fun family getaway.

This is a very family oriented resort - young family specific. The pool area isn’t huge- it’s narrow. Swim up bar is not connected to the main pool which is a pain. Playing ball toss in the pool is bound to splash or hit someone so do with caution. Smaller resort which is nice for convenience. “Teen club” is more for kids. This is not a “teen” friendly resort - very tailored to smaller kids. Daily entertainment is lacklustre. LOTS of Zumba…. Little else. Rooms are nice and big- lots of space to move around - we even got a roll away bed so each kid had their own place to sleep with standard room. Resort is clean and nice. No issues there. Beach is crap - avoid this resort if that is what you are into. They have crocodile warning signs and the beach itself is small and not appealing with lots of seaweed and a tractor that goes back and forth all day. Nightly vibe is decent- there are different options which is nice so you aren’t stuck watching a show if you don’t want to. Lobby music was great overall- loud if you plan on going to bed early though as it echos through the resort until 11. Italian restaurant is the best one- don’t waste your time at the Asian one - it’s literally gross as is the Mexican one (yes they messed up Mexican food). Buffet is big, lots of options, overall good just gets tiring after so many days. Bars are good across the resort, they know how to make a drink! Service doesn’t come with a smile unless you tip EVERY time you get something which is annoying especially by the pool or beach.the beach/pool bar people will just ignore you altogether for the most part. Sales people are petty - all or nothing. Avoid the 2 hour sales pitch and just pay the extra money otherwise it’s just cut eye and cold shoulder the rest of your trips not worth saving $250 unless you are cool with that stuff. (They say 90 mins but close to 3 hours for us). Lazy river and slides are all shaded- so on non sunny or hot days it’s a little chilly. It’s also VERY windy here so the hot hot heat isn’t really there. Was a red flag the whole time we were there meaning no water activities = boring! No one swam much either - most people stayed in the pool as the seaweed was extreme. Would I go back? Probably not. Was it terrible? Hardly. Just not for us personally.

Zumba activity was great! Very energetic and provided friendly atmosphere. Thank you for helping to burn calories while staying at the hotel!

Kids entertainment was amazing both at the explorer club and by the team in the pool. Recommend for families and friends with small kids. There was also 8 restaurants apart from the buffet, lots of options

This hotel markets itself as a five-star resort, but the reality is closer to an overcrowded, poorly managed three-star at best. It was not worth the money and we will never return. The room itself was acceptable on the surface, though even that fell apart on closer inspection. The bathroom doors for both the toilet and shower constantly slid open, offering zero privacy. Worse still, there was visible damage to the door with a hole in the glass and sharp exposed edges — completely unacceptable and frankly dangerous, especially in a family room with children. The food, however, was the real disaster. The buffet was overcrowded, chaotic, and consistently served cold, low-quality food. Meat was undercooked, basic pairings were missing, and getting a second drink was almost impossible due to overwhelmed staff. The à la carte restaurants were somehow even worse than the buffet, with laughably limited menus and food that was poor in both quality and execution. By the end of the stay, I was suffering from indigestion and acid reflux — something I can only attribute to days of eating this awful food. The pool situation was a complete farce. It was impossible to get a sun lounger, despite clear signage stating reserving loungers was not allowed. Guests ignored the rules from as early as 7am and staff did absolutely nothing to enforce their own policy. As a result, we were left sitting on the floor while our children used the pool. Completely unacceptable for a hotel charging premium prices. The so-called “Preferred” category was another example of misleading marketing. We booked Preferred based on the description stating it was suitable for couples and children, yet the Preferred pool did not allow kids at all. This made absolutely no sense. The adults-only sun terrace was little more than a few loungers dumped on a flat roof — unused, uninspiring, and clearly an afterthought. The layout of the resort was equally baffling. The Rendezvous Bar being placed in the lobby was strange enough, but it was essentially a wind tunnel, constantly battered by onshore winds. There was nowhere near enough seating for the number of guests, and it was poorly configured for the shows held there. The entire place felt cramped, badly planned, and overwhelmed. The kids club was passable at best, but even there standards slipped. On the first day, they managed to lose our four-year-old son’s clothes. Supervision was lacking, and staff did not adequately help him change in and out of swimming gear so he could participate fully in activities. Parents are given a buzzer that constantly goes off, forcing repeated trips back to the club — something that simply does not happen at better-run resorts like Club Med. Overall, this hotel is grossly overpriced, badly managed, and nowhere near five-star quality. Poor food, poor organisation, misleading descriptions, and zero enforcement of basic rules ruined what should have been a relaxing family holiday. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The room was perfectly fine. I like hard beds so no issue there. However, the bathroom doors for the toilet and shower kept sliding open. There was also damage to the door that exposed a hole in the glass with sharp edges...not ideal for children.

The food was terrible. Cold food in the overcrowded buffet was the feature of our stay. Undercooked meat without the usual pairing options e.g. Beef and potatoes? Difficult to get a second drink from the staff due to how busy it was. The overall quality was poor. The restaurants were actually worse than the buffet. Terrible menus with limited choice and the food quality was poor. I left feeling terrible with indigestion and acid reflux...I can only think this was due to the terrible quality food I had been eating. It was impossible to get a sun lounger around the pool. Other guest were resevingthem from 7am despite signs and tickets on every lounger. The policy was not enforced by the staff and we had to sit on the floor whilst the kids played in the pool. There is a prefered member pool and we booked to be in the Prefered category. It stated that Prefered was was for couples and children but the Prefered Pool didn't allow kids. Made no sense. There was also an adults only sun terrace which was actually some loungers on a flat roof. I never saw it used and the place was packed. The Rendezvous Bar in the lobby (strange in itself) was a wind tunnel for the constant onshore wind. Nowhere near enough space for guests and not set out correctly for the shows that are conducted there. The kids club was ok but they lost our 4 year old son's clothes on the first day and didn't supervise him enough to facilitate him getting changed in and out of his swimming clothes to take part in all the activities. You are given a buzzer by the club which is constantly going off requiring you to go back to the club to see what the issue is. This does not happen at Club Med!

Miguel on the entertainment team was great all week. They put on several different activities for the whole family. Overall great experience.
