The Jr Masterchef competition was awesome! The kids had a great time and learned new skills and new friends. I highly recommend this activity.

Dreams Natura Resort & Spa December 17–21, 2025 Impressions Black Members Celebrating Our 3rd Wedding Anniversary We stayed at Dreams Natura from December 17–21, 2025, to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary as Impressions Black members, and overall we had a wonderful experience. We booked a Preferred King Ocean View and were upgraded to a Master Suite, which was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It featured two hot tubs—one inside and one on the balcony. The balcony itself was quite large, though the outdoor chairs could have been more comfortable. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a personalized sign along with chocolate-covered strawberries, fresh fruit, and desserts, which was a really nice touch. Dreams Natura is a smaller-sized resort, making it easy to navigate and never overwhelming. We spent most of our time at the Preferred area pool, where the service was excellent. One minor downside was that the two sides of the Preferred area are not connected, which made it slightly inconvenient at times. As part of our membership, we also enjoyed a Bali bed for a day, which was relaxing and well worth it. Our membership included a 25-minute chair massage, which we opted to exchange for hydrotherapy instead—and it was amazing. The spa itself was very relaxing, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. The overall service throughout the resort was fantastic. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help. We enjoyed the water slides, lazy river, and even had fun spending time at the arcade. The beach was decent—there wasn’t much seaweed, which was nice—but it wasn’t the best beach we’ve experienced. That said, my husband really enjoyed playing beach volleyball during our stay. We also did an anniversary photo session, and our photographer Marvin was wonderful—professional, friendly, and made the experience fun and memorable. A huge highlight of our stay was our butler, Fernando. He was absolutely phenomenal. He made all of our dinner reservations, checked in on us regularly, arranged our Bali bed and spa day, and handled everything we needed seamlessly. His attention to detail and care truly elevated our experience. Overall, we had a fantastic anniversary trip and felt well taken care of from start to finish. Dreams Natura is a great option for couples looking for a relaxing, fun, and well-serviced resort experience.

Stayed here a couple weeks ago with a large group of people. My wife and I didn’t have the greatest stay and then had a major issue at the end of the trip. I am giving 5* for a few reasons. First they made my loved ones wedding an amazing day. Second, nobody else in our group had issues. The problems were the kind of things that could have happened anywhere. Finally, I mentioned the issues I had at checkout and they forwarded my concerns to the GM. The GM reached out personally and gave me some Hyatt points to make up for the issues I had. I was very impressed. I have my own business and have the attitude that if you do business with someone for long enough you will eventually have a negative experience. That is when you truly see who you are dealing with. If they make things right, the fact that I had an issue will probably make me an even more loyal customer. That is the case here. I can’t wait to stay at a Hyatt All Inclusive property again. Thanks for the fantastic service.
