I wasn’t given access to the property for HOURS after my check-in time, despite attempting to contact the owner several times. I finally had to book another room, and I was denied a refund. Do NOT book this property if you actually want a confirmed place to stay.

Size was good. Functionality was good. Location was convenient ... downtown has homeless scattered about on almost every street but it didn't feel unsafe ...everyone was well behaved.

No spare toilet paper and no one responded to my phone call or email. Free TV channels were via digital antenna which got very spotty or no reception except for about 8 channels out of about 100 ... and yes, I know how to move an antenna around to try and get reception. The bed was very hard to the point where it is almost like sleeping on a floor. There was no advertised " courtyard view ... it was an alleyway which housed a large trash bin that the garbage company came and emptied with big 'bangs' on Saturday around 6:00 a.m.

Price and location

cleaning, I found a couple of acrilic nails i and nasty dust under sofa pillows. Also difference among rooms, my collegues and I had different quality for same price: left side renewed rooms with Expresso machines including lot of capsules, new beds and sheets, right side old filter machine, old beds and sheets, rotten wooden smell and cockroaches.

"Would not stay again, you won’t get quality"

Easy to get in and out of the building, free Netflix & Hulu, metro station nearby

I stayed for over 30 days for work. Front door to building was sometimes unlocked so anyone could walk in, parking sucked, no one was ever around to help or answer any questions, bugs were in the room and it had this weird smell, if I tried to open the windows I could hear people digging into the trash or in the alley, the bed was hard (could be good depending on your preference), the towels provided were just big versions of the towels you use to dry your car, all kitchen appliances were connected to a power strip and the switch for it was hidden in some random corner.
