Casa Bonita Apartments

The security was great. As a single woman I liked having to enter code to access building and not have the front door directly on the street.

Hard to find answers to immediate questions but not really a problem.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and larger than expected. It was in a great location, we could walk everywhere we needed to go. The staff quickly resolved an issue we had with noise out in the hallway. Overall, it was a good value.

The building was a little dated, but that's to be expected with an older building, I guess. My only suggestion is to provide a small cutting board in the kitchen. Otherwise, I was very happy overall.

I felt dropped into a building from the 40s. It was delightful. The room I stayed in was styled with a bit of old Hollywood glamour in mind. I half expected to see a bell hop. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need to make meals. That was incredibly helpful and I loved the option of cooking rather than dining out. Everything was very clean and well thought out. The vanity with built ins was my favorite part of the room. Bed was so comfortable and room temperature was great. Loved how close to everything the location is. I spent 2 hours walking around downtown and it was wonderful.

Parking was terrible. I wish that the description in the booking had included the need to park in a Parking Garage down the street. It was really stressful trying to figure out where to park so I could get to my room - I was traveling alone and from out of state, arrived late at night so it was intimidating and a bit scary. I finally googled "Parking Near Me" for help. The headboard on the bed was losing chunks of its fabric. It also took me a really long time to find the Laundry room - the directions were a bit vague and the room in the basement was not clearly marked. It was just one more black door in a corridor of exactly the same black doors. But what an adventure it was.
