Homewood Suites by Hilton Toledo-Maumee

Nice accommodations with good breakfast. I was disappointed the pool area was closed and the evening socials are only on Wednesday. Explanation was due to COVID but that ended last year so does not make sense.

worst room i have ever experienced with a hilton group of hotels. The main bed and pull over sofa bed were extremely bad and would sink in completely when you sleep on it. (btw i am 165lbs, so its not my wt). The bed and sofa would have completed their life cycle 5 years ago and should have been replaced. The next worst part is the bath tub in the bathroom. It is designed in such a way that it is a bit deeper in the middle and how ever you take a shower, there will be always water in the middle of the tub. It is very unhygienic to even step into it. The sealing of the bathroom has water strains as if there was a water leak a week ago or something. Overall the room looked like a cheap motel room beside the highway, rather than a hilton group of hotel.

There were a lot of restaurants around there. Also liked the fact that the bedroom and the kitchen/living room were separated by a door.

Friendly staff, helped us use the outdoor space. Wished they had different bed options (two doubles vs king only) for the bedroom suites. The pullout couch was tired and saggy.

The picture of property is a bit deceiving. Other surrounding not so nice. We had a suite and it was nice but the stove oven was really dirty and handle was sticky. The shower handle leaked like crazy and took away from pressure for the shower. Was a bit disappointed in this room altogether. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it to my friends.

Two rooms we were offered had filthy rugs, stained and the bathrooms were dirty. Found a live stink bug in one room and the screen in the bedroom was all ripped up. The hallways are dirty and are not being vacumed and cleaned.

The hotel was great. Breakfast each morning was very good each day. The staff was very helpful. I will definitely stay there again on my visit home

Everything was great. The only complaint is that the couches need replaced. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good.

Fire alarm went off at 11:30pm Our room needs refresh- torn decorative pillow on couch- lobby chairs need replace or referbish in food area Great breakfast! Nice people 😊- friendly
