Posizione eccellente, spazi ampi, immobile coerente con il mood del luogo, comunque molto comodo, ma portate le mascherine per gli occhi se volete dormire. Lisbona è una città piacevole da visitare.

Chech-in posticipato (a pagamento: €25 dopo le 21) problematico. Arrivati al portone 20 minuti dolpo le 21, dopo aver ampiamente segnalato momento di atterraggio e cronologia spostamenti in tempo reale, trascorrono 40 minuti prima di entrare, tra attesa in strada e incomprensioni dell'addetto sull'individuazione dell'appartamento. Assenza armadi e aria condizionata. Letto con doghe mobili tendenti alla "decadenza".

Ville, quartier, population, fêtes populaires, rues pietonnes: Tout est très sympathique. Nous étions 3 adultes: Logement décoré, clair bien aéré, bien placé à Alfama près d'un arrêt du tramway 28, d'un belvédère, des cafés et restau . Accueil efficace et souriant.chb 1:lit 2 places correct. Salle à manger: le canapé bien.Linge de maison propre. Cuisine bien agencée. Rangements bien.

1 seul miroir à la salle de bain c'est peu.1 supplémentaire serait utile dans salle à manger ou chambre. + de savon sdb pour 3 jours svp.

You cannot beat the location! Perfect for exploring the characterful streets of Alfama & relatively easy walk downhill to the Riverfront too . As mentioned in other reviews the No. 28 & 12 trams have a stop directly at your door ..so you have the option of walking all the hills or taking the tram. We walked everywhere & embraced the challenge. The apartment felt like home & was always a lovely escape to come back to after our days out adventuring. Having a balcony in the bedroom & open windows in lounge letting in both fresh air & natural light is wonderful. Hosts are friendly & easy to communicate with ..both Tomas & Andre answered my messages promptly & also allowed us earlier access to the apt as our arrival time was earlier than expected. They also provided us with a Link for organising an early transfer to the airport .. this was so helpful as it took away the worry of finding a taxi etc at 6 30am . I would highly recommend booking this apartment for your stay in Lisbon.

Nothing to not like. Yes its an old building & you occasionally hear movement in other apartments but this added to its charm There are fans provided for both lounge & bedroom but if you were to stay in the height of Summer these may not keep you cool enough. Something to keep in mind.

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral in der Altstadt, der Ausblick vom kleinen Balkon ist sehr schön und bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde uns sehr schnell geholfen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

The flat is big and spacious and the bed was comfortable. There is a kitchen should you want to cook etc, I don't usually like being near touristy areas but it is well connected while being on a quieter street and tram 28 is a few steps away from the building. Very nice to leave a bottle of complimentary wine.

When we arrived there was a water heater issue that was fixed the second day but once it was there weren't instructions on whether we had to turn it on or off and my hot shower lasted 3 minutes before it turned cold, that wasn't a huge deal for me but my partner likes to take a hot shower and he felt rushed. Also the way the shower head is makes you feel cramped in the corner when the shower itself isn't that small (that however is a shower design issue) I would say switch the 3 pillows to the one really comfy one you had that was more firm because the other three weren't as supportive.

Почну спочатку. В назначений час приїзду нас вже чекав помічник власника, який провів по квартирі і все показав і розповів. Залишив бутилку португальського вина 😀Це чудові апартаменти в чудовому районі. Легендарний трамвай проїжджає повз вікна і зупинка зразу під будинком. Але це зовсім не заважає. Вночі вони не їздять, тому шуму нема. Вид з вікна класний. Поруч оглядовий майданчик на місто, старий район, де цікава кожна вуличка. Апартаменти були гарно прибрані. Вся техніка працювала. Сподобався господар, який завжди був на звʼязку по кожному питанню. Сподобалось все! Всі фото відповідають дійсності. Тому раджу ці апартаменти!

The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The bed is comfortable and shower is hot! Great to have access to in suite washing machine. You are on the famous #28 tram route - great because there is a stop right out your door however it can be noisy during the day - which is normal for inner city. Note: the bedroom faces the street, bring your sleeping eye mask if you are sensitive to light at night. As with all the steps and hills in Lisbon, there are 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Convenient shops and restaurants up and down the street. Tomas was easy to reach and chat with. I recommend this apartment on your visit to Lisbon.

As with most self service apartments, there is a shortage of toilet paper, kitchen towel etc.
