Bay Mountain Inn Cherokee Smoky Mountains

The room was very clean and hotel was quiet

The manager on duty made me uncomfortable and was not listening to me when I was asking questions about the area.

I liked it's closeness to the national park.

The breakfast was substandard, rotten bananas. Watery orange juice, very little selection. The front desk employee that checked me in wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I felt like I was annoying him, just being there.

Double charge on my card morning shift said will go off when checkout because we booked Thur third party Didn’t like that it holds up my money

The thing that I did not like about this motel was the shower.water pressure great, the hot water awesome but the shower itself is set up someone that is about 5 foot tall. No disrespect but that is the lowest shower head I have ever used.

It was clean & well located to the places we went. The staff was very friendly.

No good views . Close to loud street.
