Only decaf in room no regular. Bfast mostly gone and not replenished. Should re-caulk all bathrooms... Leaky and unsightly. Clean carpets.

The room smelled. The coffee maker was dirty. There was no supplies for the coffee maker. The used shampoo wad in the shower with no unused one. Once we pulled down the covers on the bed we found the odor so offensive we had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. It appeared as if the bed was made without using clean sheets

The location was very convenient for training I was doing in the area. The rooms were spacious and had all described amentities, though are becoming a little worn. There was plenty of room to park. I didn't have the breakfast so couldn't speak to that.

I arrived in the middle of a bad storm, and their internet was down, and the receptionist was just new to the job. It seems that she was not trained well in how to handle the situation, which is not her 'fault' but the manger who trained her. There was an extreme backlog of people trying to check in, which personally took me 45 minutes of waiting. Others cited similar wait times. When I got to the room and checked the supply of coffee in the room, there was only decaffinated coffee, so I went down to exchange that for caffinated coffee. A quality issue with those that do the room set up? So it seems whoever is training/overseeing the quality facets at this location has some opportunity to improve.

Super quick onto the Freeway. The HillTop grill/bar next door has a dog friendly patio and with excellent service and food. The sidewalk going west takes one down towards a beautiful park/woods that is ideal if you are traveling with a pet. The property is undergoing a refresh, so the items that were a bit tired will likely be improved soon. The bed and quantity of bedding was perfect. My goal was for basic provisions that were in a safe location for a quick overnight. It definitely met that criteria and the nearby dog friendly patio and park made for an excellent experience.

The drain plug wasn't connected to the post that pushes it up and down, so I had to pluck it out of the drain and set it aside. The edges of the carpet needed a bit of detail work to eliminate a little dust.

I liked the channel selection on the television. Also very convenient location. Good selection of restaurants around. Neat and clean facility.

This was incredibly convenient for me as I traveled home from Medford, Wisconsin. Great place to spend the night and then immediately get on the highway headed south.

As with most hotels, the breakfast really had nothing to offer for me. Either carbs or biscuits and gravy, nothing that I can eat. The parking lot was pretty dirty and crowded and the volume on the remote control did not work in my room. The hotel worked for me under this specific set of circumstances, but I won't be recommending other people to stay.
