Das Zimmer was groß und sauber. Es gab eine Badewanne! Und Klimaanlage. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wenn man kein Auto hat ist es sehr schwer irgendwo hin zu kommen! Bein Frühstückt hätte es ein bisschen mehr Auswahl geben können. Sonst top!

Hotel had mold in bathroom, no towels to replace used ones, didnt come in room to make beds or replace towels. Continental breakfast wasnt restocked through the morning while open. I went down at 8am and food was gone.

We were too mad to enjoy anything.

When I booked the room with Booking.com I paid a little extra for a king bed. When we got to the place they told me my normal king bed is a smaller king. When we went to the room it was a double bed. I went back to the front desk they said they figured I wouldn’t like it so they would get a roll away bed. I told them no and I wanted a discount for taking the smaller bed. They said they couldn’t because I booked it with you. The gentleman called his boss to see what they could do, I heard them talking. The person gave our room away because we booked with booking.com. He didn’t care and wasn’t going to fix it. If I wanted money back I needed to contact you. They also wouldn’t give me a receipt because I should get one from booking.com. I have never had so much problems because of booking a room with your company. The place also knew they had me in a tough spot because of the events in town there wasn’t any other rooms. We also couldn’t go somewhere else because we would have missed our child’s college graduation.

I liked that the hotel was conveniently located on the main road. The location made it easier for me to go where I needed to go after I checked out.

I saw that there was some mold in the shower. There were also parts of the room where the wallpaper was peeling off. I was able to sleep on the bed, but the bed was a bit too firm.

Everything was clean. I felt safe here.

I did not get up in time to eat breakfast!
