The breakfast was good but the elevator was not working. Also, the Wi-Fi was down for much of the first day. They do make these clear upon your arrival and you are allowed to receive a refund.

staff are friendly but my room is so old including the toilet and it was so dirty including the carpets

Poor internet, no room service available.

Not like the pictures and needs serious renovations. The bathroom sink has multiple cracks, in room coffee maker, and the room wasn’t cleaned very well.

Breakfast had decent options. Good for family with kids. The front office manager during the evening hours - Mr. David was helpful in addressing any concerns immediately

The room was comfortable. Bed was firm. The TV worked and the hot water was excellent. Waffle and scrambled eggs and there was actual apple and orange juice

Pricey for comparable hotels and especially since the elevator is out of order. no yogurt which is what I normally see in this type of hotel

Stay wasn’t pleasant. Bathroom exhaust was too noisy. Asked them to do room service everyday but they did for two days. Last day lift was out of order and we had to bring down luggage by stairs. Breakfast was awful as serving white bread.

The house keeping part was not good at all. U had to put in for room service just to get it 24 hrs ahead of time . Ridiculous. Room service is everyday. No tub stopper the water smelled to me when it came on.

The hotel is not new, but it’s extremely clean. Stayed four times in a three year period. Customer service oriented. Very nice very helpful. Location great. Dunkin’ Donuts across the street great service over there very convenient. Greek restaurant across the street excellent food excellent service.
