"Great stay"

Great staff. Very clean. Stayed in a one-bedroom and it was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Pet friendly with nice grassy walking areas. Big parking lot. Def would stay again.

No plates or utensils in kitchen area

Everything was fabulous, we’ve stayed at several hotels over the years, and some of them are nothing to write home about. But this one was great., I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I wish there were more of these hotels around

"Pleasantly surprised."

This place was an absolute gem. The staff was very friendly and helpful and courteous. Breakfast area was neat, clean and well organized. If you needed anything, Star the attendant would check to see if they had it or something similar. The room was spacious, neat,and comfortable with a microwave and a mini fridge and a large screen tv. Our room also had a sofa bed that was comfortable to sit on. We stayed for 5 days and was pleased with the rates that we paid and would stay again. We were well pleased with the room and the rate we paid and the location was not bad either. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I would stay there again next time I come to Carlisle.

"If I'm paying close to 200 per night, no heat, no shower I wonder what it costs to have those."

Heater fan motor was going out, very loud, so choice was heat or too loud to sleep. In the morning shower did not work, dribbled water. Complained to desk, the guy could barely speak english and could care less.

"Not friendly and ants"

Upon arriving at the hotel to check in, the male receptionist provided extremely poor service; he offered no greeting and appeared very impatient. Additionally, there were ants in the room.
