Hotel Carlisle

Breakfast was excellent

Our room was on the second floor and the elevator was out of order so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. Also the air conditioner was noisy and didn't seem to cool the best.

Location basically.

Outside smelled like a dump in area. Elevator wasn’t working. Was on 2nd floor and I’m legally disabled. I can do stairs with difficulty but wasn’t easy. No room options to change. Room we were in was already taken. Had to go back down to get another room. They never cleaned it or restocked towels for the second night. Yes we had 2 separate reservations, they knew that when we checked in. I asked for a discount due to the inconveniences and was ignored by 2 employees. Won’t stay there again .

Staff is always professional, upon entry of the property, always visibly clean and welcoming. I enjoy the hot tea and coffee station. Room is always clean and comfortable

Exceptional as usual. This hotel is spotless. Desiree has gone above and beyond her duties. The entire staff is very friendly
