Mattresses need to be firmer or replaced...dip on one side.

It was convenient to the interstate! It had suites! Breakfast was good! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Shower water was slow

I booked this hotel because of its extremely good reviews on Expedia and TripAdvisor. Based on those reviews, I expected the quality to be as good as the Holiday Inn Express and DoubleTree hotels we've stayed in. I would not say the quality was as good as those, but it was mostly clean. The rooms are old and in need of updating and there was some dust on the furniture, but the bedding and bathroom were passably clean. The towels were very scratchy, however. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet enough that we were able to sleep well. Breakfast was very good - the lady that runs it is very attentive and does a fantastic job. I read in some of the reviews that the elevator was out of service, but I expected that several months later, it would be working. Well, it was not. Looking back at reviews, it seems that their elevator has been out of service for AT LEAST 6 months. That is unacceptable in a hotel with three stories! We stayed on the 3rd floor and had to carry all our luggage up and down all those stairs. Overall, it was a acceptable place to stay when we were passing through for the night (we were only there from 11 pm until 8:30 am), but it really needs some updating of the rooms/ bathrooms, and the elevator WORKING in order to earn a 5 star review.

Location was good, it was clean, and staff was very nice

We traveled a long way, we got there about 2:30 am. Our room was on the second floor. I was then informed the elevator was not working. My husband has balance issues. There were no more rooms available on the 1st floor. The gentleman at the front desk did offer to carry our bags. We only had overnight bags, so I just carried them upstairs. I was also told breakfast was till ten. We tried to get something to eat and coffee around 9:30. And it was not available.

I stayed at your hotel 10/2/2025 to 10/5/3025. A friend and I came up to the Carlisle Car show. Upon arrival, after a 5 hour car ride, we were told the elevators did not work. When asked when they would be fixed, the receptionist just gave a smirk and said she didn’t know. There was no offer to help get our luggage to the 3rd floor. This was a big inconvenience. Each day I asked about an update on the elevators and each day, I got - I don’t know and not even a sorry for the inconvenience! Also, there was a constant odor in the hotel, like there was not any ventilation. The breakfast was not that great either, but I did not expect much for a free meal. Worst customer service I have experienced at a hotel. Elevators down at the hotel my entire 4 days is not acceptable!!!! I also sent two emails to Larkspur Carlisle and of course, no response. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was a last minute booking coming up to see our son at Dickinson. Nice hotel with friendly staff. It was a bit loud on the weekend with a tournament of some sort but they quieted down by 10:30.

Elevator broken, no pool and hard to connect to WiFi. Other than that, good start.
