Yasaka Saigon Nha Trang Hotel

This hotel is older but in a great spot for the beach and walking to bars and places to eat. The rooms have a great view of the beach and there is a pool that was completely empty when I was there in November. The breakfast is a bit odd with mostly Asian food but is delicious if you give it a try. Another hotel that does cater to tour groups so it will be busy for breakfast. Crossing the street is a fun game with the thousands of scooters coming at you at all times from both directions.

Everything at the Yasaka meets or exceeds expectation. The prices are very competitive. The rooms are clean and well appointed, each room offering an excellent view of the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings are varied and plentiful. We spent nine nights here and would definitely return.

Large room with a great ocean view. Also great location on the beach. It inspired me to book an extra night.

Hotel is older but well maintained. Rooms are large with good amenities including supplies of coffee and tea with hot water maker. Good location with department store and supermarket close by. Beach has a nice promenade for walking. Breakfast is ok. Only negative is.. 1. Two slow elevators for 10 story hotel 2. Rooms (at least mine) had high tub for shower. Could be a hazard in and out and would be a problem for a person with a disability. I would recommend asking for a room without tub..if there is such a room.

I don't want waste my time. But I am going to write review , very bad service at Nov 6 10 pm . Reciption boy very unhelpful and rude . What a service bad luck I visit yasaka Saigon hotel nhatrang. Please teach a displine your workers. What a humanity. I never visit again.

Really nice staff but the hotel is really dated! Beds weren’t comfortable

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. From the min I arrived at the hotel till I left, I found the service provided by the staff EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. There is something wrong with the staff, and the hotel management has to look into why the staff seems so unhappy and rude. I was treated as if I owed them something. As a heads-up to anyone booking, there is no airport transfer provided by the hotel even if it mentions that it does. The massage center in the hotel was even more shocking. After paying 360k dong for the massage, I offered some tips to the masseur. She refused saying it is too small and she demanded for a minimum of 200k dong in tips. She mentioned the hotel doesn't pay her for doing massages. I refused to give her such a big tip and she told me to leave! I was treated in such an inhospitable manner. It's really disgusting, the behavior of their staff. Then the breakfast! Where do I start? Absolutely the worst I have ever seen. Bland, not fresh and there was even rotten worm infested fruits served on dish. Again, the staff serving the food & at the egg station were cold, unfriendly and rude. Then finally, the only thing that was nice was actually the room itself. It is a pity as the room and view is actually nice. But the people working in this place really ruins it. As I work for a magazine, I made sure, that I will share about the deplorable disgusting treatment I received from this hotel via my platform.

The whole booking and staying experience was great. We enjoyed every aspect of the stay at Yasaka.

Good hotel with good facilities and great staff. The hotel catered to both western and Asian foods with a great barbecue drinks not so good at the barbecue though but good value for money.went on 4 island tour which was a great experience.
