Granville Island Hotel

Excellent food, room, location, staff. All as expected!

It was my first time staying at the Granville Island Boutique Hotel. It was a very positive experience. The room was tidy and clean. The team was friendly and the customer service was excellent.

Fun location and great walking path east of hotel

Very difficult to darken the room (many windows), difficult to get to hotel

Sweet but slightly rundown . Very nice staff. The restaurant had a good breakfast . It's pretty pricey for a hotel that needs some extra care and love. I think you are paying for the area. Also, they use a terrible scented product in the lobby which is so unnecessary and can be awful for those with environmental sensitivities.

The gym needs improvement especially the equipment. High price for parking.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is in the perfect location and beautifully decorated and maintained. We had the breakfast daily, from a variety of choices and high-quality. Connie, in the restaurant, is a gem and extremely helpful, suggesting additions to our vacation itinerary that made our trip unique and memorable. The front desk staff and the bartending/restaurant staff in the evening are very accommodating and friendly. This is now our go-to place in Vancouver.
