"Top notch shuttle drivers"

I cannot say enough about Pablo and Fransisco. I was here for a rugby tournament. The first time using the shuttle, Pablo, was our driver. Fun, talkative, informative, helpful. Francisco helped us on the weekend. He was also fun, informative, great to talk to and recommend places. He also made it a point to send me some photos of the girls who was singing and playing at the piano so that other parents who were not there could experience it. This was my first time in Florida so to feel like we were taken care and shuttled where we could be, was a great service. On top of that having fun and outgoing drivers made it even better.

The beds were comfortable

The rooms and bathrooms need work. There weren't many options for food or drinks. The coffee tasted moldy ,I'm assuming from the machine. To spend $268 a night is crazy for what the place was like.

This hotel has the bones to be great but definitely isn't. Staff is rude and lazy. Room is nice but dated. Balcony door didn't open. Latch was rusted shut. This was a comp from Hard Rock and I'd rather pay $400+ to stay at Hard Rock than stay here again.

Close to casino and fantastic service from beginning to end!!! Pablo the shuttle driver was amazing!! Both bartenders, housekeeping, maintenance and front desk all greeted us and was very friendly!!! Rooms were clean and updated. Beds were a bit firm but all in all fantastic stay!

Stayed at the Sheraton in Tampa Bradenton, excellent service throughout the experience so far. The driver of the shuttle was quite pleasant and knowledgeable of the highlites of the area . A noticeably safe driver , he brought up some local points of interest that we are heading to tomorrow.

"Goddesses of the bar"

VV and Becky were incredibly friendly and welcoming at the hotel bar. From the moment I sat down, they made me feel right at home. Their great conversation, positive energy, and attentive service really stood out. They went above and beyond to create a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere, and it honestly made my whole experience at the hotel even better. I’d definitely look forward to coming back just to see them again.
