Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel

Rooms were clean and up to date.Reception staff was great. Vivi and Stefy at the bar were polite and friendly.

This is my third time staying here at the Sheraton, and I’ve got to say—consistency matters, and Vivian and Stefany absolutely deliver every time. Each visit, they’ve been nothing but friendly, welcoming, and genuinely great to be around. They remember faces, keep the energy up, and make you feel like more than just another guest passing through. Whether it’s a quick drink after a long day or just sitting at the bar for a bit, they always make the experience better. It’s rare to come back multiple times and get the same level of service, but Vivian and Stefany have nailed it every single time. They’re a big reason I keep coming back.

We were here at a volleyball tournament and we had 2 bartenders. Vivian and Becky. They were very efficient and attentive and had great menu recommendations.

I have to mention from the front desk all the way to the room attendant, all the way to the shuttle drivers I received top notch care. Also, Rebecca-Stefany and Vivian at the bar. 100% would return to this home away from home hotel.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel while attending a volleyball tournament, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. After checking in and arriving on the third floor, we immediately noticed a strong musty odor, likely from water damage. There were drying machines running in the hallways, which reinforced this concern. Upon entering our room, the smell was even more intense, making it difficult to relax or sleep over the two nights due to poor air quality. The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. The bottom of the shower curtain had visible red mold, and the toilet had not been properly cleaned. In addition, we observed both live and dead cockroaches in the stairwells. A dirty Q-tip remained in the hallway the entire duration of our stay, indicating a lack of basic housekeeping. We reported these issues to management, who took our contact information and told us we would be relocated to a different room. However, no one followed up with us, and the situation was never resolved. Based on the poor conditions and lack of customer service, we would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is interestingly laid out and a bit confusing to navigate. That said it is clean and service is also good. Both the lobby restaurant and the starbucks are closed at 1:00.? My toilet was running and even that they tried to fix it multiple times it's still ran for a few minutes intermittently after every use which was a bit annoying. I could also hear the one in the room behind us doing the same thing. The rooms are comfortably laid out, I had ordered a king room but got a double as mine was not ready. I did not find the double bed as comfortable as I normally find the king beds, and there weren't a large selection of different types of pillows as there have been in other properties I have stayed. The pool is nice and I would have liked to enjoyed it however the weather was a little chilly for that. The best part of the stay actually was the shuttle service to the horse show grounds and my driver Fernandez from the Dominican Republic. Kwaz at the front desk was super helpful as well.

Pablo the shuttle driver was super helpful with getting us around and extremely friendly and quick to come get us!

Great customer service by Kwaz. He helped us during our arrival and upgraded our room. Kwan is an excellent representative for this company. The hotel has spacious room and breakfast was good. Will love to return in the future.

States here for 2 nights. A little old but well maintained. Staff was very friendly.free shuttle to casino and shopping mall was very convenient.
