"Vivian is the best"

Vivian at the bar is the best. She has a great attitude and pours a good drink. In a crowded bar she remembers what you are drinking and serves it with a wonderful smile.

"Stay away!!!"

Worst experience ever — stay away. The check-in desk staff were extremely rude, and the lounge was disappointing and unclean. I saw multiple bugs and couldn’t even sit in the lounge because of the conditions. This place needs a serious makeover and significant improvement in customer service training.
