I liked being by the water

We weren’t able to check in until late because they were short of housekeepers, so I didn’t get to enjoy the atmosphere around the hotel

"Loved the duration of the stay but very poor front desk service."

Great location and room.

Poor front desk check-in service. Was told to wait 10 minutes from staff and manager, ended up waiting an hour after check-in time in lobby. Staff said something was ready then proceeded to say they think they may be overbooked. Room wasn’t ready until over an hour later.
