"The experience I had with the desk person was very disappointed but normally outstanding."

I was surprised at the breakfast. It was OK but i have seen much better at other Marriotts that I have stayed at.

I did not have my Marriott honors number with me and call it back in after I checked out. The local Marriott told me that was not possible since I had checked out. They would not give me credit to my Marriott honors points. Never had that problem before. Very disappointed......
