Wonderful views from the room !

Free parking, but not alot of spots available that's close to the hotel .

I loved the free breakfast in the morning

The parking is kind of a pain, but there is extra spots. You just have to ask them where they will notify you where you can park and where you cannot due to renovations being done.

Close to the levee

I paid extra for a riverview room and I was not accommodated or refunded my money.

The location was good. The beds, comfortable. The morning staff was nice. Proximity to my vehicle, in this case, was good. The river view was nice.

. Noisy with every door closing heard along the entire hall. The evening clerk mumbled, "name" upon my entering and then, ""ID and card" . I asked about parking and she said anywhere, it's free. Extra lot on the side.". That was the sum total of my check in conversation. No greeting, thank you etc., just minimal words. The morning clerk was friendly and thanked me and wished me safe travels. I also got a hardy "good morning" from the lady cleaning the rooms as I left. Very nice. Breakfast was bagels, cereal, scrambled eggs and waffles. I passed. The room was over priced. I've had cleaner, quieter rooms from budget hotels that were a better value where my expectations were exceeded. It was disappointing to pay a premium price for a room that should have been cleaner and quieter.

The location was perfect and the parking lots were very well lit.
