Countryside Inn and Suites

Old hotel and it showed. Weird smell throughout the place and the bathroom wasn't that clean. Bed was worn out and not very comfortable. Needed a receipt to turn it from my expense report and I tried to get one 3 different ways without luck. Had to turn in confirmation emails through Hotels.com instead. Would not stay here again.

It was a very run down dirty, old, and smelly hotel ….. will not stay there again and would not recommend it either. Very unsatisfactory experience

This hotel has had reviews all the place. It lacks "curb appeal", but check in was easy, fast polite. The hallway carpets need some work and my room had a slight musty smell (I didn't mind it). The only real negative with my room was that all the soap, shampoo, lotion dispensers in the bathroom were empty (but travel with my backup products, so it wasn't a big deal). My room was clean, everything worked, it was quiet and breakfast was what I expected for the room price. I'd stay here again.

No frills. Pool closed for maintenance. Hallways could use a bit of a refresh.

First room was not clean. There was towels and unmade beds and beer cans everywhere. I was moved to a second room that room had no air conditioning. I wanted to get a refund but was told I was not eligible for one. The third room only had two lights that worked the bathroom as well as one in the bedroom. The shower was filthy, and the toilets were dirty as well.

I never have any problems it’s a nice spot to be at while in Jackson

Stayed 2 nights it was quiet everything was clean the hotel manager was very helpful and accommodating me the second night got to keep my same room when I had only booked 1 night to start . Breakfast in the morning was great as well no complaints from me I’d stay again

Fitness room and pool not available-

Room had a strong body odor smell. Toilet wouldn’t flush. We were staying two nights and I asked that they fix the toilet. When we came back to the room late at night, there was a plunger in the hallway so I assumed they had fixed the toilet, but nope. Still just filled to the brim when flushed.
